South Shore Terrace Homeowners Association, is located towards the Southeast end of Green Lake on Spring Grove Rd. Our members are made up of the 55 owners and their families.  It consists of 5 levels, 55 Homes, each with it's own boat slip. In this unique situation, when you purchase a home here, you own 1/55th of the total 38 acres of land and marina, which is prime real estate and will only go up in value.   ​
